Resperate is a new device designed to lower blood pressure in a very natural way. No drugs are required. If you buy the Resperate device then you could be making a great investment in your future health
Resperate is easy to use. It has been available in Europe for many years and has improved the blood pressure of thousands of people. The principle is based on biofeedback - you learn to control your own blood pressure by practicing with the machine. And it really does work - not just in lowering blood pressure but in reducing overall stress and tension levels (high blood pressure isn't known as "hyper - tension" for nothing !)
It takes around eight weeks to have its effect but it can significantly lower blood pressure and may allow you to reduce the dose of your medication.
Oh - and by the way - it can also work "in reverse." It's been shown to allow those who suffer with low blood pressure to bring their blood pressure level back to normal. Quite an amazing little device all in all.
Researchers have studied Resperate and other biofeedback machines and here's what they have found:
In one study - after only three sessions in two weeks - participants with high blood pressure achieved significant reductions of systolic (15.3 mmHg) and diastolic (17.8 mmHg) blood pressure levels from the beginning of the first to the end of the last training session. In contrast, participants with low blood pressure achieved significant increases in systolic (12.3 mmHg) and diastolic (8.4 mmHg) blood pressure levels. The degree of blood pressure changes in this study are quite remarkable and with prolonged and refined training regimens, even larger effects seem to be likely.

In another study - with even more participants - based in Australia, the results were just as impressive. This study compared a biofeedback machine with a placebo machine (a dummy machine that didn't do anything at all). The results again showed that those using the Resperate device lowered their systolic blood pressure by between 11 and 20 mmHg.

A third research study in Tokyo showed a reduction in blood pressure of between 17 and 20 mmHg. This study also showed that people who learned to use the machine could prevent their blood pressure rising when they were stressed.
